LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY
Thank you for choosing Purism. We are committed to providing superior water filtration products. This Limited Warranty ensures that your system performs as intended and provides peace of mind regarding your purchase.
1. Introduction and Scope
This Limited Warranty is provided exclusively by Purism ("we," "us," or "our"). It applies only to the original purchaser ("you") of the product, provided the product was purchased directly from us or an authorized retailer or dealer.
- This warranty is non-transferable.
- Applies only to residential use.
- Valid within Mauritius only.
2. Duration of Warranty
This Limited Warranty is effective from the date of original purchase. Coverage duration varies by product and component:

Any replacement product or part provided under this warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
3. What is Covered (Coverage)
We warrant that Purism products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal installation, use, and service when maintained according to the product manual.
- Filter housings
- Manifolds
- Storage tanks
- Control valves
- Other non-consumable hardware components
4. What is Not Covered (Exclusions)
- Consumables: Filter cartridges, RO membranes, and filtration media.
- Improper Installation or Maintenance: Not following instructions or failing to replace filters on time.
- Misuse or Alteration: Damage due to accidents, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
- Act of Nature: Damage caused by freezing, fire, flood, or other natural events.
- Water Conditions: Excess pressure or unsafe/untreated water supply.
- Labor Costs: Installation, removal, or transportation charges.
- Relocation: Warranty void if system is moved from original location.
- Cosmetic Damage: Minor defects not affecting functionality.
5. Remedies
In case of a valid claim, Purism will:
- Repair the defective product or part
- Replace it with a new or refurbished equivalent
- Refund the original purchase price
If the product is discontinued, a replacement of equal or greater value will be provided.
6. How to Make a Claim
To submit a claim, please provide:
- Original purchase receipt
- Product model and serial number
- Description of the issue with photos/videos

Do not return products without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
7. Limitations and Disclaimers
The remedies described above are your sole and exclusive remedies.
To the extent permitted by law, this warranty replaces all other warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Purism shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including property damage, water damage, loss of use, or loss of profits.
